Yes our Tiny Houses are insulated throughout the roof, walls and underfloor. We offer options of double glazed windows, underfloor heating, and air-heat exchange units.

Can I order a partially built / lockup stage Tiny House?

Yes, we can build your Tiny Home up to lockup stage and right through to turn-key completion. However, we won’t build anything less than to lockup stage so that we can ensure that the building is watertight and secure.

Do I need council approval for my Tiny House?

Our tiny houses can be towed and generally do not require council approval. They come with a fully pre-registered, electrically braked trailer and VIN number. Our mobile tiny homes do not require DA approvals from councils, but some councils can limit the amount of time someone can live in one. We recommend contacting your local council for further information so as to compile with current regulations.
